Terms and Conditions – Meal Planner

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Meal Planner app ("Meal Planner", "the App"), provided by Multiapps SL, a company registered in Spain ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
1.1 These Terms apply to all users ("you") of Meal Planner, regardless of platform (iOS, Android, or web). 1.2 Meal Planner is designed to help you organize meals, notes, and images related to your planning. 1.3 The app is offered in a free version and may include optional features or premium services in the future. 1.4 By using the App or accessing premium features, you accept these Terms and our Data Processing Agreement. 1.5 Any conflicting terms from your side will not apply unless we agree to them in writing. 1.6 These Terms apply to all versions of the App, regardless of where it is downloaded or used.
2. Features & Licensing
2.1 A full description of the app’s functionality and system requirements is available in the app stores and our website. 2.2 We may offer updates to improve the app or ensure legal compliance. Some features require an active internet connection. 2.3 We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the app's features or interface. 2.4 When you install the App, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your device. No ownership is transferred – only usage rights are granted.
3. Pricing & Subscriptions
3.1 The app is free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, terms in this section will apply. 3.2 Prices and subscription durations will be clearly displayed in the app and relevant stores. We reserve the right to change pricing. 3.3 Subscriptions, if any, are billed in advance and managed via the app store or payment provider. 3.4 Auto-renewal may apply unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. 3.5 You can cancel subscriptions at any time via your app store or in-app link. 3.6 Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with app store policies or statutory rights (e.g., 14-day withdrawal).
4. Liability
4.1 We are liable only where required by law and only for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence. 4.2 In case of data loss, our liability is limited to what would have been required for proper backups. 4.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or third-party claims. 4.4 Employees, representatives, and affiliates of Multiapps SL are also covered under these liability limitations. 4.5 Product liability and statutory guarantees remain unaffected.
5. Changes to These Terms
5.1 We may update these Terms occasionally (e.g., due to legal or functional changes). 5.2 Minor updates may be published directly in the app or app store. 5.3 For major changes that could affect you negatively, we’ll inform you in advance and ask for your consent via a notice in the app. 5.4 If you do not object to the new Terms within the provided notice period, they will be considered accepted. 5.5 If you object, we may terminate the agreement if the old terms cannot be reasonably maintained.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, both of which form an essential part of these Terms.
7. Legal Matters
7.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. 7.2 If you're a business user or reside outside Spain, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Madrid, unless local laws specify otherwise. 7.3 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or missing, we will interpret it in a way that reflects the intended purpose and commercial intent of the original clause.
